Returns for Exchanges

All orders are a FINAL SALE only no returns are offered only exchanges if the received product is damaged.

ALL VOLUME ORDERS ABOVE 20 PIECES, WHICH ARE DISCOUNTED, ARE A FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS or EXCHANGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

You have 3 business days to return for exchange purposes a damaged artwork from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be damaged when you received it. To return a product to us your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We will need pictures of the damaged parts of your product in order for us to inspect it and agree with an exchange.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your EXCHANGE after inspecting the item.

If your EXCHANGE is approved, we will initiate the replacement within 10 business days.

You will receive the exchanged artwork within a certain amount of days, depending on your location.
